Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GlitchFiesta websites, academy courses, digital services, or hackathon sprints, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion, you must cease use of our services immediately.
2. Academy Programs & Certification
All course enrollments grant a personal, non-transferable license to access curriculum materials. Authentic digital credentials and MSME completion certificates are issued only upon fulfillment of project requirements and criteria set forth by GlitchFiesta instructors.
3. Hackathons & Competitions
GlitchFiesta 2026 hackathon participation through Devfolio or direct portal registration adheres to zero registration fees. Submissions must consist of original work created during designated sprint windows. Plagiarism or pre-built proprietary code violation will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Client & Studio Engagements
Commercial B2B services, web builds, and branding projects executed by GlitchFiesta Studio are governed by mutually executed statements of work (SOW). Intellectual property rights transition to clients upon final settlement of invoices.
