1. Digital Course Programs

All courses and blueprints hosted on GlitchFiesta Academy grant immediate access to proprietary digital course materials, templates, and community discussion rooms. Consequently, enrollment fees are non-refundable once digital assets are unlocked.

2. Double Debits & Failed Gateway Transactions

If your bank account or card is debited multiple times due to a network glitch during Razorpay checkout, the extra deduction is automatically reversed back to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 business banking days.

3. Hackathon Registrations

GlitchFiesta 2026 hackathon participation through Devfolio is 100% free with zero registration fees.

4. Raising a Query

To check the status of a failed transaction or payment clarification, email our accounts desk at contact@glitchfiesta.in along with your Payment ID and Order Reference.
